Jul 02 - Jul 24 • Tuesdays and Wednesdays (8 Sessions in total)

Athletes will develop better balance, power and agility by focusing on the key components of power skating to become a stronger, more efficient skater. Lessons will focus on edge control and the correct technique in the following areas to provide a strong base in skill development:  Forward & backward skating (maximum skating efficiency/lengthening your stride), crossovers, acceleration, stops, turns & pivots, agility, balance, control and power. This is not a Learn to Skate program, all athletes must be able to skate the length of the ice forwards and backwards.  Please register your athlete in the age divsion that they will play in come September.

U7 Skill Development Summer Camps

Welcome to our Under 7 Hockey Development Program – the ultimate introduction to the world of hockey for our youngest players! Tailored specifically for children heading into U7, this program is designed to ignite a lifelong love for the sport while nurturing essential skills and fostering a positive relationship with the game. Led by our team of enthusiastic and experienced coaches, our U7 Hockey Development offering focuses on creating a fun and engaging environment where your child, through a series of age-appropriate drills, games, and activities, develop the fundamental hockey skills needed to progress, all while building confidence and coordination on the ice.

U9 Summer Camps

Jul 16 - Aug 29 • Camps run Tuesday to Thursday each week!

U9 Skating Development - Our U9 Skating Development camps are perfect for the athlete who is needing a firmer grasp on the most important skill you need to play the game of hockey; skating! The majority of the development time will be focused on getting their skating to the level needed to be considered proficient. This will include stride mechanics, forwards & backwards, as well as edgework to give them greater command over their feet on the ice. U9 Shooting & Passing - Our U9 Shooting & Passing development camps are perfect for the athlete who’s skating is adequate for the age group but struggles with the puck. The majority of the development time will be focused on working to get the players properly using their hands and stick to efficiently move the puck where it needs to go. This will include proper passing & shooting mechanics, puck handling while moving, as well as game situational variations on shooting.

Pro Camps Our pro camps are the total package! Where each athlete will have time on the skating treadmill, off-ice shooting area, dryland focused on pre game prep & post game recovery, & of course on ice development! These camps are fantastic for the athlete that has the fundamentals down and are looking to take their game to new heights!

U9 All-Girls Skill Development Our U9 All-Girls Skill Development camps are a fantastic option for females who want to learn amongst their peers & be taught by a high-level female instructor. Our program covers everything from basic skating fundamentals to essential stickhandling skills and a strong foundation for more advanced skills. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to ensure a balance of fun and skill development, with drills and activities tailored to progressively build proficiency and understanding. Intro to Body Contact

Intro to Body Contact Our Intro to Body Contact camp was one of our most popular last summer and it’s back again! The players will learn to properly give and receive a body check. There will also be a focus on angling and board play to make sure the athletes are comfortable with skills that will keep them and others on the ice safe.
